Additionally, you confirm that the information provided during the checkout process is accurate, up-to-date, and not fraudulent. 

How We Work ?

Our ordering process is designed to be simple and hassle-free. Once an order is placed on the website, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the customer. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately, as this could mean the order was not verified by our system and may not be processed.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and will process a refund as per our return & exchange policy, if you had paid in advance.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Certain deliveries require custom charges applicability. In such a scenario, once the order gets delivered to the destined country, the recipient (customer) is responsible for paying the customs charges. Please read our shipping policy for more information.

5. Order Cancellation

The request for cancellation of your order will be only accepted upon conditions declared below:

  • A $10.00 processing fee is deducted if an order is canceled from the customer’s end.
  • For canceling within 3 days, there will be a 20% deduction from the total payment.
  • For canceling within 7 days, there will be a 30% deduction from the total payment.
  • No cancellation will be honored if the requisition comes after 7 days from the order placement.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchange requests can be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
  • No return or exchange requests will be entertained after the mentioned timeframe.
  • Exchange items may take 10-15 days to be shipped.
  • Refunds are processed after receipt and assessment of the returned item.
  • Refunded payments may take 15-20 business days to be processed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deduction of the restocking fee is applicable for returned items.
  • Damages occurred by the customer or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange.
