This will further mean that your product will not be shipped or not sent to the destination and you must wait until you receive any confirmation receipt sent to you.


Claiming For Delays or Damaged Products:

The credit amount will be returned to your credit card account through which the payment was done, or any replacement will be provided as a matter of compensation. Regrettably, if you found any product with anonymous damage type or something improbable, then you are permitted to contact us via contact us form within 14 business days after receiving the delivery parcel at your destination concerning the issue or damage.
