• Since all items are custom-made after an order is placed, we cannot cancel or refund orders once production begins.
• Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with processing times varying between 15 to 45 days depending on the case.
• Please allow 15-20 days for the return processing and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account.
• Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• You’ll be refunded for the item’s cost and applicable taxes, but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For returns that result in a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
• If the return is due to a sizing issue, a full refund may not be provided, as sizes are confirmed by the customer before production. In such cases, exchanges are possible, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.
