• For Non-personalized, non-customized products please return item with in 30 Days.
• Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
• All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resalable condition along with the packing slip.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
• Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• You’ll be refunded for the item’s cost and applicable taxes, but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For returns that result in a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
• If the return is due to a sizing issue, a full refund may not be provided, as sizes are confirmed by the customer before production. In such cases, exchanges are possible, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.
• Products damaged by the customer or used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• In case of receiving a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days. 
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items to us.

Crafting custom (bespoke) products demands careful attention to detail to ensure your complete satisfaction. We strive to address potential return reasons through our processes:

• Design & Quality: Before dispatching your order, we share pictures of your final product for your review. This allows you to assess the design, material, and stitching before we dispatch it.
• Sizing: When placing your custom order, our Customer Service agent confirm all the measurements. Please refer to our sizing guide for accurate measurements. Taking accurate measurements eliminates the chances of sizing errors.
